It could be a good idea to check the box next to the When starting, go straight to my In box folder. This enables you to immediately read any messages there under the send tag, the window will appear on the screen these are options that enable you to send email in plain in text or HTML format. The other options are self-explanatory and it is a good idea to keep them checked unless you prefer otherwise
